ACTIVATE Musculoskeletal Clinic is a doctor-led private healthcare provider in Kent (Maidstone and West Malling), providing a comprehensive non-surgical evidence-based outpatient treatments for bone, joint and muscle (Musculoskeletal) problems including Physiotherapy, medications, injections and orthotics in addition to ultrasound imaging.

I qualified as a doctor in 2004 and have been an orthopaedic surgeon since 2010 working in Kent with special interest and experience in musculoskeletal (MSK) medicine and primary care Orthopaedics. In addition to orthopaedic surgery and MSK medicine, I received training in MSK ultrasound scanning (diagnostic and interventional) at the University of East London and Tunbridge Wells Hospital.
I am passionate about providing evidence based community musculoskeletal care that is accessible, affordable and patient-centred, recognising the changing landscape in healthcare. My work has led to improvement in service quality, reduction in waiting times and the establishment of the first community MSK Virtual Clinic in Kent.
My postgraduate qualifications include Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, Masters degree (distinction) in Surgical Sciences from The University of Edinburgh, Fellowship of the European Board of Orthopaedics and Traumatology and AO Trauma Fellowship in Switzerland.
I have a special interest in teaching and I am a tutor on the Edinburgh Surgical Sciences Masters Course in addition to teaching junior doctors in Kent.
